PerformancePoint designer 2013 SSRS report issue caused by Aug 2013 CU

This bug prevents adding an SSRS report to a PPS dashboard after installing the August 2013 SharePoint CU.  The workaround is to only develop the cascading PerformancePoint filters in PerformancePoint Designer and the rest of the solution should get pieced together inside a SharePoint page using the Web Part connections features.
